Open Settings and tap Add person. Give them a name, set a birth date and an expected lifespan, and tap Add. Switch between people from the chip at the top of any screen, or in Settings.
In Settings, scroll to the active profile and adjust the date wheel or the expected-lifespan slider. Changes apply instantly.
It starts at a hopeful default that you set during onboarding by moving the slider. It is an estimate you can change any time - Daymark simply draws whatever number you choose.
An optional overlay that labels each decade of age on the Life grid. Turn it on or off in Settings → Appearance → Decade markers. The "life in weeks" idea it draws on was popularized by Tim Urban's essay "Your Life in Weeks" on Wait But Why.
In Settings, tap Reset Daymark to erase all profiles and return to the beginning.
